Jeremy Night continued to wait. The mountain rock was falling apart. He was striking away the boulders that were about to fall on him.

The space inside the cave was being buried with falling rock debris. He used his eye power to zoom in on the massive flying eagle beast.

The beast had lost its mind. Jeremy did not show himself, as he did not want to further enrage the creature.

Time went by.

The Flying Eagle had reduced the mountain bedrock to small boulders, which were scattered across the area.

But the eagle beast did not see its human prey. It didn’t know where the prey had gone. It used its powerful eagle vision to capture every detail.

It saw blades of grass, small boulders, and rocks, but there was no sign of a human. The eagle beast didn’t plan on giving up.

It decided to wait and see. Its huge body landed on the ground as it drew near the fallen rocks.

On the other hand, Jeremy Night was hiding among the debris. The fallen rocks had piled up one after another, creating a small gap.

Jeremy was hiding inside that opening. He used his second eye ability to observe the beast.

He saw that the beast was looking for him near the mountain bedrock. He was shocked to the core.

He had thought the flying eagle would go away after destroying the place. There was nothing left; all the mountain bedrock was destroyed. He stayed hidden in the small gap and did not leave.

Time went by.

That night, the place was extremely quiet. A large number of corrupted beasts were coming out in the nighttime to look for food.

The Eagle Beast was resting near the bedrock. It sensed the presence of other corrupted beasts. It didn’t take long for it to sense the activity of Tier-5 and above corrupted beasts.

At midnight for reasons unknown, the flying eagle beast rose from the ground and finally left the spot.

Jeremy reached the main path to the city. From here, he could follow the route to reach the city faster.

Many Beast Tamers used this same path. He figured that corrupted beasts wouldn’t cause problems so close to this area.

Time passed.

Jeremy saw a group of Beast Tamers traveling ahead. He was not surprised, because he had long since left the core area. Now he was in the inner area.

There were more Beast Tamers in the surroundings. As he got closer, he saw their uniforms. They were wearing the uniform of Central University 5.

He joined the team and met with them. They were just one Tier above him. The university students introduced themselves.

After hearing them, Jeremy shared his name and background.

"I didn’t expect Red Moon Chamber people to start doing missions," the middle-aged man said.

Jeremy didn’t reply much to that. Instead, he quickly changed the topic and started discussing other things.

The atmosphere became pleasant. Jeremy learned more about Central University 5, including the fact that the number of students studying there was very high.

He heard from them that there were many S-Grade and A-Grade talents studying at the university.

The six Beast Tamers here all had A-Grade talent. The group then asked about Jeremy Night’s talent. He didn’t hide it.
