The Cursed Triplet Alphas' Fated Mate-Chapter 31: Warning
Chapter 31: 31: Warning

I folded my arms as I cleared my throat, then I shook my head. I needed to put some distance and them, sitting in their midst would be the complete opposite of that.
With that thought in mind, I sat on the rug which I was standing on just now. It was sparkling clean since my maids cleaned it this morning while I was still asleep, so I didn’t need to worry about germs.
"I’m okay over here, thank you," I said to them while suppressing the urge to grin, because the bewilderment across their faces was almost hilarious to look at.
Damon was the one to speak first. "Since we’re all here now, then we can proceed now, yes?"
Everyone nodded around him and I did the same, even though I was curious as hell as what they wanted to discuss. I was nervous, because it had to be something important since the three of them were here for said discussion and not just Damon.
"So, remember when I told you to never have to reveal to anyone that we’re mates else you’d be killed?" Damon’s eyes were on me as he spoke and I nodded.
"Yes, but you refused to tell me who it was that would want to kill me." I pointed out and he hummed while nodding.
"Anyways, a new development has come up and you won’t need to hide that from anyone, or act like my mistress, because you’ll be known as our mates." He revealed but I wasn’t sure I was following quite well, so I blinked at him.
"Huh?"
"What my brother means is that we’ll all accept you as our mate in the eyes of the public." Landon supplied and my mouth fell open.
"Oh."
"Not just that. We’ll get mated to you, and get married to you as well." Angelo added and this time, it felt like my brain short circuited.
"What?" I echoed out, eyes widening and heart flying straight into my throat.
Last night, the king had announced that his sons would get married to their betrothed brides. Their betrothed brides had all ran to embrace them from clear happiness, while I watched last night.
I had felt a little irritated by that sight, and hadn’t been sure of how to feel by that announcement at the ball last night. By the Prince’s shocked expressions, it had been clear that they weren’t aware of the news beforehand.
When I had been feeling a weird discomfort within me at the sight of the Prince’s betrothed being all over the princes, I forced myself to look away and I also reminded myself that it wasn’t like I wanted them to accept me anyway.
From the onset I wanted them to reject me because of who they are. They’re enemies of my pack. Their pack has caused my pack so much suffering for decades, and my hatred for them worsened when they took me against my will and brought me here.
And now, they’re saying they’ll actually mate with me and marry me?
"I- I don’t understand..." I began, trailing off when words failed me.
"We’ll be getting married to you in about two weeks." Angelo said this time and my eyes almost fell out of their sockets. My eyes clearly weren’t playing tricks on me, I really heard right the last time.
"What? Why??!" I yelled as I got to my feet.
"You can’t be serious. You didn’t even ask me if I want this, you’ve just concluded again, haven’t you? You’re all the same in that category!" I hurled at them while pointing at them.
They all got to their feet in the next moment, and this time. "It was a crucial decision, and your opinion wasn’t needed in it."
I let out a scoff of disbelief. "You’re the one who wants to marry me, and yet my opinion wasn’t beefed??!"
"Why are you sounding this way? You should be grateful that we’re doing this. We never intended to marry you or give you a mating mark each. We’ve just been shoved into a tight corner and have no other choice." Damon bit out this time and I laughed as I looked between them.
"Well shove this marriage up your ass because I’m not interested! Go marry a girl who’d be grateful that you picked her, but as for me, I’ll never ever get married to bastards like you three." I informed them firmly while breathing hard.
"You don’t have a choice in this situation. The marriage will happen and you’ll be our bride." Landon reminded me and I glared daggers at him.
He was starting to become the one I hated the most.
"If you force me, I’ll scream bloody murder throughout the wedding. You can’t force me." I tell them while looking between them.
"Insufferable as usual." Damon sighed as he pinched his nose and I bristled, but before I could get a word out, Angelo was stepping forward, his hands in his pockets.
"Here’s the thing, kitten. You’ll get married to us, or we’ll go wipe out everyone in your pack." He stated flatly in a low voice and my eyes and mouth fell open at the same time while I staggered from shock.
"What?" I whispered, unable to believe my ears.
He shrugged a little as he continued. "It’s simple. Agree to become our bride and mate, and your pack would be spared."
As I stared at him right now, for the first time, I saw the true monster that he is. He didn’t even seem a little fazed as he spoke, his face a blank canvas.
"You can’t seriously harm my pack members just because I refuse to- to..."
"Oh, but I will." He drawled and I flinched. "Surely you’re aware of all that I’m capable of. I’m certain you’ve heard thousands of tales about me, and I’m assuring you right now that every single thing you’ve heard about me is nothing but the truth."
