The Hero of Hypnosis-Chapter 464: Rematch between brothers

"Pwahahaha! Do you think I’m scared of a little demigod?" A pulled out a morning star, creating it from his power.

"Pwahaha! Do you think I’m scared of a little Primordial who can’t even use all of their power?" Kai pulled out his chain blades.

Aion knew that Kai was mocking him, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t upset by it. He let it slide, however. After all, he would be killing Kai today, so there was no need to dwell on his words more than needed.

"When I kill you, tell father I—"

Kai attacked, throwing his blade toward Aion’s head before he could finish speaking.

"You—" Aion was cut off again, dodging Kai’s other blade.

"Bastard!" He charged toward Kai, but had to quickly turn around to block the blades coming from behind as Kai changed their trajectory.

"Suck it, bitch!" With Aion caught off guard, Kai was able to kick the bastard in the guy, knocking him out of Frostina’s divine realm and back into the mortal world.

"Frostina, you can go back now. Lock up your realm!"

"Thank you!"

"Don’t think that you’ll win by simply knocking me out of her divine realm!" Aion’s morning star started to glow, then it crackled with energy, and he swung his weapon, spikes of divine energy flying toward Kai.

Kai avoided and blocked as many spikes as he could, but there were some that he couldn’t, and simply took the blow.

It hurt more than anything he’s felt before, but he knew that he had only a small chance of fending off Aion, and he needed to end this battle quickly if he wanted to survive.

Kai threw his blades toward Aion again, but the primordial wasn’t one to get hit by an obvious attack.

"Such a trivial performance from you, brother!" He had the chains wrap around his morning star, pull Kai toward him, then wacked him in the face with the weapon, cutting deep into Kai’s head.

"Argh! Fuckkk!" Kai healed, but it was still painful.

"I hope you don’t die from this!" Aion slammed his morning star onto Kai, but the latter caught it with his hand, the spike penetrating his skin and bones.

Kai’s eyes started to glow. "Let’s have a staring contest!" Lasers blasted Aion back, and Kai followed closely.

He grabbed his brother by the head, slamming him into the ground and shooting lightning through his body.

Aion, unaffected by this, grabbed Kai’s arm, breaking it, headbutted him, then shot eye beams of his own into Kai’s abdomen.

"You’re so annoying. I can’t wait to ki—" Aion was suddenly blasted in the back by energy, and Kai took this opportunity to clobber the guy in the face, the sheer force of his punch shattering the ground beneath their feet.

"This is a fight, dumbass." Kai lifted his hands, and hundreds of energy orbs appeared. "You gotta pay attention!" He teleported behind Aion, shooting him in the back with energy orbs.

Aion swiped with his weapon, but Kai was gone.

Teleporting in front of Aion, Kai blasted his brother again, then teleported away.

It was a game of cat and mouse as Kai would appear, attack, then disappear as Aion tried to attack him back.

"Stop moving!" Angered, the Primordial in a Titan’s body slammed his fist in the air, cracking space, causing Kai to trip through space.

"Gatcha!" Aion rocketed toward Kai, swinging his weapon into his chin, blasting Kai into space, then he appeared above him, clobbering him back down to the ground.

"You’re dead! You hear me?! DEAD!"

As Kai was falling back down to the ground, he produced a bloody smile. He knew that he couldn’t beat Aion, but that wasn’t his goal.

"What’s so funny?!"

"You’re a fucking idiot, that’s what. Keep feeding me with your attacks." Kai retorted.

"Okay, I’ve had enough of that annoying mouth of yours!" The divine energy Aion gathered was enough to destroy the planet. He wasn’t going to take out Kai; he was going to take out the whole planet, completely blinded by his rage and forgetting his purpose of being on the planet.

Kai finally landed on the ground, crashing into it, causing a huge crater, and Aion was right above him, his hand about to blast Kai into space dust.

But then, his arm cracked.

"H-Huh?"

Kai grabbed Aion’s cracked arm, a bloody smile on his face, then charged up his most powerful attack.

"Sometimes, it’s better to use your brain than your brawn in a fight, you fucking dumbass!"

"Y-You’re insane! You’ll die!" Aion tried to get away, but he was too weak for some reason and couldn’t escape Kai’s grasp.

"Hahahahaha! I’m IMMORTAL!" Kai’s most powerful attack...was self-destruction.

BOOOOOOOOOM

The landscape of the area was vaporized, destroying a large chunk of the continent. It would have been more, but Frostina contained the explosion with the aid of Leo, as he stepped in as well.

"What a crazy bastard, finding a loophole like that." Leo was impressed by Kai’s smart thinking

Aion’s body wasn’t destroyed, but he was completely out of commission. He couldn’t move and was wheezing from the pain.

Kai was nowhere to be seen as his body was destroyed, but as he said before, he was immortal, and as an immortal being, he couldn’t die.

His body started to reform itself, and before his mouth was even reformed, his laughter started to haunt Aion.

"Hahahahahaha! What a fucking joke!" Kai was fully restored. "You really couldn’t see what I was doing? Even now? Dumb fuck. No wonder Leo wants me to be his successor and not you."

"Nngh!"

"Right. You can’t speak cause I burned your fucking lungs. Let me break things down for you." Kai started dancing, showing off his cool moves, ending things off with a moon walk and a spin.

"Okay, real shit, though. This isn’t your body, stupid. It’s the body of a Titan. You used primordial decay to overtake the titan’s body and put a part of your soul in it. Since you can still use divine energy without destroying this body, this means that the divine essence of this body is intact. So, what happens if I absorb the primordial decay in this body?"

Aion’s eyes widened with realization.

"Hahaha! You get it! The body won’t be able to withstand your own strength, and it will start to break down. But I couldn’t have you fix the body, so I blew myself up using all of my power to incapacitate you." Kai kicked Aion’s body just for fun.

"Leo is talking about how I need to travel the world to become a god and shit, but fuck that! I don’t like working hard, sorry, not sorry. So, instead of going on some lame ass quest, what would happen if I just took the divine essence in this body?"

"N-Nooo!" 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝔀𝓮𝒃𝙣𝓸𝒗𝒆𝒍.𝙘𝒐𝒎

"Ohh, you can speak now, huh? No matter, that ass is mine!" Kai started siphoning off the primordial decay from Aion’s body, absorbing every last bit into his own being. There was tons of this energy, and he welcomed it all.

After all of the primordial decay was gone, Kai grabbed Aion by the throat, then put his hand through his chest, locating the divine essence of the titan who was long dead at this point, and absorbed the fully preserved divine essence as Aion needed it to keep the body from being destroyed.

"N-Noo! Nooo! NOOOOOOOOOOO!"

"YESS! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"

Kai started floating in the air; the sky rumbled and boomed with lightning. Waves crashed against the shore, the ground started to quake, and the heavens screamed.

Kai was now a god.
