Without saying anything, Fu Mingze carried her in his arms and climbed the stairs, he ignored all her fussing and brought her to a room. After gently laying her on the bed, he said "You are drunk, so stay here and sleep it off. If you still want to leave after that, then I won’t stop you."

"I miss my mom." Yang Meiyi suddenly said.

Fu Mingze was silent for a few moments before he caressed her hair gently and said "I know. We will go visit her tomorrow."

"You will go with me?"

"Only if you go to sleep right now."

"Ok." Yang Meiyi said with a smile and closed her eyes, she felt safe and peaceful because she knew Fu Mingze was right beside her, as she drifted to sleep she wondered if he would still be by her side by the time she wakes up.

Fu Mingze couldn’t describe the feeling he was feeling right now as he watched her sleep. He never expected her to become an alcoholic, he had always wondered why she truly left him, there were times he wondered if she had never truly love him, and now that she had told him that she was forced, he didn’t know what to do or what to believe.
