Triple X System-Chapter 204: Troubled King
’Swoosh! Swoosh!’
Multiple thick thorns were releaseed, like bullets. Raining down on the advancing dargons, piercing their skin. Dropping the few unlucky one’s, hit in vital organs dead.
"Roar!’
The few that’d magnaged to pull through, didn’t go unscathed though. Bleeding from the dozens of dark green thorns stuck in their insides.
’This is getting boring.’ The lewd grin on Lisa’s face faded. Replaced with a subtle frown.
It had only been less than 5 minutes since the arrival of the new swarms of dargons. Their colour a mix of light green and dark green.
Which she concluded, the dark green skinned dargon. Were somewhat stronger than the light skinned one’s. Managing to get past her thorns ramage, before being ended by the green vines.
Ambusing them in a sprouting surprise. Digging deep into their skin, despite their dragon like green scales. Which served as an exoskeleton armour, 5× stronger than a space guard suit.
’Their intelligence is also rather really pitiful.’ Her eyes carried a somewhat pitiful expression. Like she was almost feeling remorse for these beasts.
’I might have to kill them now.’ Slightly shaking her head, she was done having her fun.
Raising her hands the green vines responded to her command. Joining together into two distinct vines. Emitting a shade of green and red colours.
Shrinking into smaller size, forming long vine like whips. Reaching about 7 meters long, with a soft flower hilt and thorns spreading along the whip.
’Bam!’
Not hesistating she stormed out towards the incoming dargons. The beasts eye bore an evil piercing glare, directed to lisa. Seeing she’d finally cancelled her ability, opting to close combat.
Reaching the first dargon, she dodged it’s claw by tilting her body to the side a bit. The whips moved with life, wrapping around it’s legs.
Pulling on it, blood spurted out along with the dargons limb severed. Making it growl in agony, which was short lived.
"Rest now~" Lisa softly uttered slashing her left whip down in a vertical line.
Swiftly cutting the dargon into half, with green blood spraying out. Halting in their attacks, there were looks of disbelief watching their comrade. Viscously murdered in less than 2 seconds, by this calm human.
"Stop this mindless attack now and i promise we can work something out." Lisa spoke with a composed expression. Hee tone laced with conflict and a hint of remourse.
Glaring at each other, she could’ve sworn they considered her offer. But her face soon contorted to a frown, watching them all charge in at once.
"Very well then, i admire your courage. I’ll grant you all swift deaths."
Crouching down a bit, the two vine whips were crossed in front in a an x. Her aura slowly emitting from her body, giving off a faint green glow.
Which caused the dargon’s to snarl at how weak it was. Increasing their pace to end the fight.
’Bam!’
The ground beneath her feet abruptly cracked, spider crack lines running along the floor. Making the dargon’s face go a bit pale, witnessing the sheer power. Contained in such a frail body.
’Swoosh!’
Lisa disappeared from spot, moving like a green blur in a straight line. Her arms furiously swinging the whip, in a wild yet precise coordination.
’Thud! Thud!’
With every of her swing, a dargon fellto the ground dead. A mix of shock and doubtful regret etched to it’s hollow eyes. Green blood oozed everywhere, loke an unhinged fountain.
Spraying the dargon’s blood everywhere, accompained by growls of pain.
’I’ll remember this heartfelt moment with me always.’ She thought, swinging the whip horizontally. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚
Severing about three unlucky dargon’s standing close together. Caught in her attack, immediately killing them. The once white pristine floors and walls of the teleportation bay.
Now stained with a mix of green and whit, dying some parts whit the thick green blood.
"Growl!"
Two dargon’s shot at her with defying speed, breaking apart and coming at her simultaneously from opposite sides.
’Huh? what are they doing?’ Lisa wondered suspicious about the sudden change of pattern.
’Snap!’
Swiftly moving both arm’s with blinding speed, a loud snap was created. Sending both whips out at the dargons, who narrowly dodged by tilting their head to the side at the kast moment.
"Impressive. You’ve managed to dodge one of my attacks." A wide grin crept to her lips, staring with starstruck eyes.
The beast faces contorting into a deep frown, repulsed by this.
"Crlck. Crlck!"
Their eyes went pale feeling an object struck their hearts. Which was none other than the green whip, now potruding out their chest. At the tip was what looked like a pig heart, green in colur. Beating with a constant rhythm, which was getting slower by the seconds.
"Grr—"
Both dargons tried to speak, but failed to utter a workd. Only growling in pain, feeling their consciousness fading.
’I should probably replenish my strength now.’ Lisa inwardly chuckled seeing the dargon’s bodies go limp. Along with the beating hearts now stopped.
"They did manage to dodge my attack, so it’s the least honour i can give." She muttered, the green vibe whips pulsing with power. Still in the dargon’s bodies.
Slowly the green colour in the dead bodies, started fading. Becoming black in some parts, like the life was being suck out from them.
"Shit!" Lisa cursed feeling danger above.
"Roar!"
A dark green skinned dargon riared, descending fast down to her. It’s jaw gapping elongated mouth opened wide. Ready to chomp down to her head.
Attempting to react, an object shot fast from behind. Hitting the dargon point blank in it’s thick skull. Generating a small explosion sending it hurling back in the air.
"Don’t tell me you forgot about me." A soft voice uttered.
Looking back Lisa’s eye widened in surprise, not expecting to see this individual still present here.
"What are you doing here? It isn’t safe, i thought you’d left." Lisa assulted Aurora with a barrage of words. Scolding her like an angry mom.
"Geez~ i can yake care of myself mom." Aurora sarcastically replied, rolling her head. Making Lisa pout in rage, calming herself down.
"I’m sorry.. i can be a little.. extra sometimes."
"Yeah, you think?" Aurora clapped back, earning a murderous glare from lisa.
’Seems I’m starting to get the hang of this.’ She sheepishly grinned, enjoying Lisa seething in rage.
Though she couldn’t physically see her, being blind since birth. She could vividly see her aura, which formed her shape in a detailed green body. With tints of red gathering at her head.
"Growl!"
The dargon that’d been hit regained consciousness, standing to it’s feet. It’s head bleeding slightly from the shallow cut made to it’s skull.
"It’s not dead yet?" Aurora muttered in shock, sensing the dargon emerge.
The attack she’d pulled off was in no callibre small, made from pure flames generated by mana. A lot stronger than the red explosives arrows she used during the hinger games.
But not only had it failed to kill the beast, it slightly injured it?
"See what i meant?" Lisa pointed, already finished with whatever she did. The now dark bodies of the dargon’s fell lightly to the floor.
Like a feather without weight.
Ignoring her, lisa pulled on the string of hee flame bow. Materializing about three of the same flaming arrows.
’Swoosh! Swoosh!’
Quickly releasing them, they shot fast like a speeding train. Giving the dargon no chance to dodge the incoming hit.
’Bang! Bang! Bang!’
Three gunshot sounds went off as the arrows collded into the creature’s head. Sending it skidding back a bit, from the small explosion generated.
"Growl!"
The black smokes cleared almost instantly, revealing the dargon standing there. It’s sharp rows of teeth, barred at aurora. With a murderous glare, aimed to her soul.
’impossible~ How is it still standing!?’
The confident smirk plastered to the fiery red haired woman dwindled. Replaced with a frown seeing the dargon still not dead.
"Roar!"
The beast didn’t waste time standing around anymore. Shooting out with a big leap towards Aurora before she got the chance to draw her bow.
A sly grin spread across it’s face, seeing her panic. It’s claws just a considerable close distance from her. But before it collided a green whip wrapped around it’s waist.
Pulling down it down, the dargon was sent crashing to the ground. Creating a small crater where it landed, it’s upper body seperated from it’s lower.
"I told you it was dangerous." Lusa scoffed flashing an i told you glare.
"Roar!"
Their attention was pulled back to the entrance. Seeing more dargons emerge, with a crazy charge at them. About to head out though Lisa stopped in her tracks.
Watching them suddenly stopped moving, standing frizen in place?
"What happened?" Aurora questioned, not sensing a thing.
No signs of a new aura, no flicker in energy, nothing.
"It’s been a while, luitenant wheeler." Lisa lightly smiled, with the emergence of a figure.
"Likewise, princess lisa." Wheeler slightly bowed, to which lisa waved off.
"What brings you here? You must be aware of my prescence here so why aren’t you guarding the king?" She asked tilting her head in confusion.
"A lot has happened since you were last present at the castle princess. But to cut it short, i fear the king is currently in battle with a stronger foe." He hurriedly spoje, with a serious expression.
"Sigh.. and you presume this is the leader of these beasts?" Lisa calmly uttered, reading his thoughts.
"Yes. And i fear he might be in trouble." His next words made her frown.
