Triple X System-Chapter 210: Beast ability
"Oh~ I thought you had died." The dargon snarled with a wide grin. Staring at the fox woman with the 2 green whip.
Scoffing, falcon spat to the ground. Her brown wavy hair slowly cascading in the wind.
"Wishing someone dead is also rude. Are you just this miserable or you never had a father figure?" She innocently asked, slightly tilting her head to the side.
With a light chuckle, the beast attention was directed to it’s fellow beast. Calmly approaching falcon with a composed face.
"Unfortunately I never did have a father or a mother figure. Maybe I’m just that hopeless." It shrugged placing his claw hands to it’s chin.
"Poor soul~ I’ll give you a quick death now." Falcon said with a demented smile disappearing from spot.
At the same time, the dargon crossed both arms in front of it’s head. Blocking falcon’s kick, sending it sliding back a bit.
Mid-air she swung the whips fast, bashing into the dargon’s skin. Creating small gunshot sounds, bouncing off it’s skin.
’She’s gotten stronger..’ Kyle could sense it feeling falcon’s aura which had gotten stronger.
Even her speed and strength had increased prior to few moments ago. Keeping up with the dargon’s speed and strength. Even managing to slightly push it back with her whips.
[She’s evolved.] Snow’s word cut through his thoughts.
’Evolved? As in moving to the a higher rank?’ He asked, a bit dumbfounded hearing snow’s word.
[Yes. I’m not certain how, but I theorize by pushing her body past it’s limit. She broke the barrier confiding her.]
Silently nodding he could see it, the 2 brown tails sticking out her back.
"Not bad, not bad!" The dargon excitedly cheered with a wild expression. Shifting his body to the side, avoiding falcon’s whip.
That’d collided with some linder desks and chairs, completely severing them into two. Portions of the affected objects making a low sizzling sound, melting from falcon’s poison whips.
"Those whips have some sort of poison effects, am I right?"
Not responding, she dashed forward in a straight line. Multiple green balls materializing behind her. Condensing into smaller balls, rotating fiercely with green spikes surrounding them.
"You talk too much."
Like a command, the dozens of poison balls shot out like green blur’s. Barraging the dargon who stood still with a calm expression.
"Fast, but not fast enough." Slightly crouching down, it’s left leg was arched back. Imitating a sprinting stance, causing the muscles in it’s legs to bulge more.
’Bam!’ The ground caved in a bit under the explosive outburst from the dargon. Blasting off with blinding speed, completely evading all the poison balls.
"Shit!" Falcon cursed seeing the dargon’s strange move. She wasn’t opportuned with the chance to block or dodge, the creature claw just inches from her face.
"Blossom petal." A soft voice was carried through the air.
A purple flower petal reaching about falcon’s height protruded from the ground. Blocking the dargon’s claw, giving the fox woman a chance to escape.
"Are you alright?" Lisa asked clutching her left arm.
"Yeah, thanks. What about you?"
"I’m fine, just a dislocated bone. Nothing too severe I can’t handle." Lisa hastingly spoke with a light smile, gritting through the pain.
"That petal won’t hold it for long, we have to strike now while it’s vulnerable." The latter said to which falcon nodded.
The two figures moving out with the intent to end this beast. Already aware of it’s weak spot, which was it’s head. Smaller in size than any of it’s other limbs.
"Interesting~" The dargon smiled, not being able to pull out it’s arm from the petal.
"It’s a nice trick but I’m afraid this can’t hold me." Swiping it’s left arm, the dragons blue claw cleanly cut through his arm. Falling to the ground with a soft thud.
Disbelief planted to both women’s eye, watching the beast cut off it’s arm.
"Don’t run away coward!" Falcon yelled, the poison balls sticking to the beast legs. Hardening in place, like a super strong adhesive.
Gripping the whips tightly, the green glow on them brightened. Pulsing with terrifying power that matched with that of the beast aura.
’Swoosh! Swoosh~’
She slashed both whips at the dargon’s head. Immediately after it severed his own arm, in attempt to get out from Lisa’s trap.
The green whips danced like snakes with lives. Constantly moving with a mind of their own, making bang sounds with each movement.
’Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!’
The green whips connected to the dargon, casually blocking it’s head with his arm. Generating a total of 4 explosion sound simultaneously going off.
"Mhm." The dargon grunted, the light smirk lingering to his lips disappearing.
For the first time since the debut of this fight, the beast could vividly be seen struggling. The floor were it stood caving in, making a big crater with spreading crack lines.
"Come on, go deeper." Falcon gritted her teeth, adding more pressure to the whip.
She could see her attack was having an effect to the dargon’s impenetrable skin. A visible medium cut made to it’s skin, with sizzling sounds.
Layers of the blue scaled skin falling to the ground. With light emission of smoke, from it’s melting flesh.
"Now you’ve done it!" The dargon growled in rage, grabbing both whips with it’s bare hand.
Ignoring the acid like burning effect, wrapping it’s left arm against the whip. Utilizing it’s immense strength to pull falcon from the ground. Lifting her a bit in the air and slamming her hard to the ground.
’Bang! Bang!’
Multiple small sized thorn bullets assaulted the dargon. Piercing it’s back to some extent digging in it’s skin. Along with the green vines, sprouting from the ground wrapping around it’s body.
Lifting it in the air a bit, constricting it’s movement momentarily.
"You’re a headache to deal with, aren’t you?" Lisa calmly muttered, advancing with steady steps towards the dargon’s location.
The latter observing her movements made it’s blood boil more in anger. Making use of it’s strength to break free, which only led to more vines enveloping it.
Digging into it’s skin, via the brown thorns surrounding it. Pulsing with life getting more tighter, the more the dargon struggled.
"W—what are you doing to me!?" The beast roared with bloodshot eyes. A mix of rage and fear flashing before it’s eyes.
Stopping 2 meters from the vine entrapment, her gaze was soft. Almost without conflict or resent towards the beast.
"I don’t understand. Your essence matches with that of a beast, but your logic thinking says otherwise." A light frown formed to her face, slightly confused.
"I tried to reason with you, make you se a better way. But unfortunately, you made your decision."
With a low sigh she crouched down, placing both her hands to the floor. Green light spreading from her palms, covering a 10 meter radius.
"I vowed to myself I would never use this skill unless there was need for it." She spoke, grunting a bit from how hard she concentrated.
Like magic, out from the green glow protruded out small flowers. Varying in different colours, running along the walls and objects present.
Forming what looked like a small garden of blooming flowers.
"I call this fatal attraction. Just like the vines, it sucks from your life force, adding to mine. Except this is much faster."
Stretching her right hand, the flowers grew up to 4 feet high. Their buds tingling with a slight opening at the center.
"Bloom!" She commanded with a neutral face. The flower buds opening instantly, emitting a faint colourful glow if luminescent light.
Swiftly enveloping the 10 meter radius it enclosed in seconds.
"It’s not working?" Lisa muttered underneath her breath.
Her fatal attraction skill worked instantly, draining the life force from any living being trapped. Thereby replenishing not only her health but also her strength.
Which made her question why it wasn’t working now?
"Huh? You had me worried there for a second. Haha! I was starting to think you were some sort of abomination specimen." She chuckled, seeing the injuries she sustained healing.
At first there wasn’t an occurrence, but now, the dargon’s light blue skin was getting pale by the second. Turning into a lesser shade of blue and more grayed out.
"Wait! I—i have to get revenge for what that bastard did." Falcon yelled, limping over to the duo location.
She’d heard all what Lisa mentioned concerning the fatal attraction skill. So she was careful not to reach it’s proximity.
Nodding Lisa didn’t need to inquire further, understanding falcon.
Placing the green whips together, it joined into one. Increasing in length and power, buzzing with a frying sound.
Swinging her right arm back to gain momentum, she furiously slashed the whip horizontally. Aiming to dissect the dargon’s head.
’Zapp! Zapp~’
Faint static sounds were heard, coming from the dargon growing louder. Along with the blue lightning emitting from his body, destroying the vines. Crackling with great intensity.
’Bam!’
The dargon’s body transformed into a line of blue lightning. Cutting through falcon’s whip, hitting her point-blank in the guts. Creating a bit hole with blood gushing out, her body thudding to the ground.
"Impossible ~" Lisa spoke in a low tone barely above a whisper. Her eyes widen seeing the dargon break through her vine entrapment and garden of death.
But that wasn’t all that made her face go pale. No, it was the blue lightning the dargon was utilizing. Which could only mean one thing.
"It has an ability."
