Just as the two were making awkward small talk, Qi Fei followed the directions Wu Yun had sent and arrived at the teahouse. She saw Wu Yun chatting with a lightly dressed girl, whose back was to her, obscuring her face.

Qi Fei stood at the entrance, waving a black document in her hand. "Wu Yun, let’s go!" she shouted. "I got my driver’s license! Quick, let me drive your little bull!"

Qi Fei’s shout attracted the attention of some of the people in the teahouse.

Wu Yun seized the opportunity to say goodbye to his high school classmate whose name he couldn’t quite recall. He followed Qi Fei out of the teahouse, leaving the girl behind to watch them with a meaningful look in her eyes.

"Making moves, are we, Wu Yun?" Qi Fei teased. "I’m gone for just over an hour and you’ve already picked up a pretty girl!"

"She’s a high school classmate. We just chatted for a bit, that’s all," Wu Yun explained, even though he knew Qi Fei was just kidding.

"Why are you explaining yourself to me? It’s not like I’m your anything!" Qi Fei rolled her eyes and continued, "Don’t try to change the subject. Hand over the keys to your little bull!"

After checking Qi Fei’s 85 Affinity and her barely-novice-level driving Skills with his glasses, and after a bit of arguing, Wu Yun still refused to let her get into the driver’s seat.

"Xiaoyunzi, off to Shuangliu Airport! My gorgeous dorm mates’ planes are landing soon! We’ll grab lunch at the airport!"

While on the road, Qi Fei received a call from one of her roommates. Wu Yun heard a very gentle voice on the other end. "Feifei, I’ve landed at the airport! Are you here yet?"

Song Qin, the "big sister" of the dorm, spoke up. "Let’s go to Wu Yun’s. Feifei, you can use the money you save on a hotel to treat us to a big feast."

So, Wu Yun used DiDi to call a car, and a driver accepted the request almost immediately.

He led the group toward the pickup location, and only after seeing all four of them into the car did he head to the parking garage.
