Chapter 874: Chapter 874: Brother, Calm Down.

"Mother," Silas said, raising his hand to brush his long white-grey hair from his face, "My brothers and sisters will all be getting their portions, right?" He asked.

Priya nodded, "Of course, no one in the family is excluded. Even your father has his portion already kept aside for him," Priya said while still working on the screens in front of her.

It was good that she and the other consorts allowed the screen to be visible, if not, it would just look very weird.

"And grandchildren," Ozia said, referring mostly to his children.

Priya nodded.

"Where are the rest?" Olivia asked as she glanced at the group of lions that were here to represent other groups of lions with their opinions and reasoning.

She noticed that among the people who were here, there was one who wasn’t familiar.

Someone that she was meeting for the first time.

A muscular white lion. The whiteness of his fur reminded Olivia of Alora and the Frost Lions but there was a certain jitter in his blue eyes and a deep base of strength that said otherwise.

With a glance, Olivia did a deep scan of this white lion known as Teez and assessed the two powers within him.

She wasn’t the only one who was stylishly observing him tho. Silax, Ozia, and even Rachel and Victoria who were around were also observing him.

"They are still in Hive Heaven helping out, but Quion has gone to meet Aunty N’bayé," Silax responded.

He would not tell his mother that he and his brothers were secretly planning on acquiring some powerful demonic baddies for themselves.

Their father had done it, why couldn’t they?

"Quion is with N’bayé?" Priya raised her eyebrow but didn’t say anything more than that.

Ozia may act arrogant and mature but any topic concerning his mother was sure to make him uncomfortable, even if he didn’t want to admit it.

Whether she gave birth to them herself or not, Priya still saw all of Kael’s children as her own and wouldn’t want to see them hurt physically or emotionally unnecessarily.

Meanwhile, as Priya and Silax put an end to that topic, more people were taking notice of Teez.

He was just standing there, beside Xu Ying who had brought him here.

Teez inwardly was very nervous. Besides the consorts, no other immortal-level entities were present here but all their auras were very heavy.

Xu Ying was considerate and had always kept his peak tier 5 aura in check but the others, especially the children of the All-King, did not give two fucks.

Every step they took, every mane they ruffled, every tail they swung, was filled with the full might of tier 5 and beyond.

They pranced around, throwing their weight all over the place and making Teez very uncomfortable.

"They’re all looking at me," Teez said to Xu Ying beside him who was also in his lion form like Teez.

"That’s because you are a chimaera, just like Ozia there," Xu Ying said telepathically.

"Ozia?" Teez turned his head slightly and saw that there was a massive lion with a thick black mane on one of the floating islands. The lion had a very noticeable black metallic left front limb.

Under the distant gleam of the red star, Ozia looked very majestic and regal. Although he did not look in Teez’s direction and continued his minor chatter with Silas, his senses were definitely on Teez.

"The first son of the All-King?" Teez asked, "I’m just like him?"

Xu Ying raised his eyebrow and shifted his weight to one paw. His claws pierced out and dug into the floating island below.

"Not really," Xu Ying shook his head, "King Ozia is better than you in every way. He is a Triple Heart Chimaera.

You are Dual Heart, you have just two powers, just like Gabby over there..."

When Xu Ying mentioned Gabby’s name, he shifted his gaze to look at another large three-meter-tall lion on another floating continent.

This particular lion was observably different. Having four front limbs and multiple runes etched on his body.

Xu Ying frowned, not hiding his displeasure at being in the same breathing space as Gabby.

"Who’s that one?" Teez asked.

Xu Ying shook his head, "Just someone who likes arguing for no reason," Xu Ying said, narrowing his eyes.

He silently told himself that as soon as he got stronger with the True Honey, he would rush to beat up Gabby for always arguing and attacking his theories at the Cosmic Research Coalition.

"Oh, look, someone is coming," Teez suddenly said, drawing Xu Ying from his train of thought.

He looked around and saw a pretty ball of flame rushing over.

It was Victoria, twin sister of Victor and daughter of Eidel.

She dropped down in front of Teez and Xu Ying, causing the whole floating continent to shake a little.

As soon as the flames died down, Victoria rushed toward Teez and stopped right in front of him.

Teez, shocked by this sudden event, leaned his head back and his fluffy white mane flushed forward, slapping Victoria’s face.

Her bright orange-red fur was plastered firmly to her body, giving her a very sleek appearance.

She narrowed her eyes and looked directly into Teez’s blue eyes.

This quickly turned from an observation to a provocation.

Xu Ying, being the smart and experienced person he was, instantly understood what could be happening at this moment and wanted to warn Teez.

"DO NOT SPEAK!" Rachel’s powerful words slammed into Xu Ying’s mind as a pillar of purple lightning slammed into the floating island from behind.

Xu Ying turned around to see Rachel, with bright purple fur and looking exactly like Victoria, walking toward Teez with a scary predatory gaze.

She didn’t even glance at Xu Ying, she kept her wide open predatory eyes on the massive white lion.

If before, no one had openly observed Teez, now everyone besides Priya was paying attention to him.

Xu Ying, without control of his instincts, took several steps back. Victoria and Rachel were both tier 5.

They also had very powerful brothers who could rip him to shreds with a smile.

Xu Ying knew his place.

Teez found himself in a pickle. He was being stared down by this fiery but beautiful lioness in front while an electrifying lioness was crawling toward him from his back.

"Excuse me..."

Teez was saying but suddenly stopped as his feline pupils dilated. Somehow his genes seemed to react to being stared at in the eyes by this lioness.

Teez tried to control it, he really did, but his whole being just felt provoked and before he knew it, he growled.

A cold electric light surged from his body and went away almost immediately.

Two things happened at this moment.

Ozia and Silas stood up with cold facial expressions.

And Teez’s powers were exposed.

Electricity and Frost.

But the latter was not important.

Xu Ying almost felt the world turn over when he saw Ozia and Silas stand up and turn their shockingly bright eyes to Teez.

Teez actually growled at the sister of those two in front of their face.

Bold.

Very bold.

They didn’t even do anything but everyone could tell that they were milliseconds away from smashing Teez’s head into the ground.

Even Silas who was usually calm and collected seemed ready to fight right now.

"It’s okay..." Victoria said telepathically to her brothers.

"We’re just assessing him," Rachel added as she catwalked around Teez and Victoria, looking at the white lion from head to paw while flicking her tail at his chin and forehead in a teasing manner.

"Yes, he’s not a waste of muscle, as you can see brother," Victoria added.

Meanwhile, Teez, the main topic of their discussion, was just frozen there, not daring to move a single muscle.

He was still new to this lion thing and even though his lion side told him to stand his ground, his rational mind told him not to even try it.

That was suicide.

"We challenge you," Rachel said as she sat down beside Victoria who had also leaned away.

Teez sighed inwardly while taking a very good look at both of them.

They really looked alike, like twins with different coloured furs. It was hard to know that they had different mothers.

"Challenge me?" Teez asked softly, not because of the two Lionesses but the two brothers who were looking at him from afar.

"Yes," Victoria nodded with a playful smile like a spoiled child, "We challenge you.

If you can beat us, you get to keep us as your consorts..."

"And if you fail to defeat us, you DIE! Hehehe..." Rachel added as she burst into a fit of mad laughter.

Electricity cooled around her limbs as she patted the ground mockingly.

"Oh no," Xu Ying closed his eyes, feeling sorry for Teez.

What kind of deal was this? Teez hadn’t even settled into the Hegemony and the daughters of the All-King were already bullying him.

What better way for him to understand the brutality of the lion race?

’Those two were trained by Katari...shit!’ Silas thought as he reclined his head, also shocked by the challenge made by his sisters.

"As it should be, humph!" Ozia on the other hand was immediately in full support.

Priya, who was busy with her screen, took a break from her work and casually glanced at the situation Victoria and Rachel had brought.

Quietly, with a thought, she selected Teez as a high-priority individual for the distribution of True Honey.
