"It’s just up ahead now," I remarked, as the wall along the east border came into sight in the distance.

About an hour has passed, we teleported to the area outside of Marri Town and then made our way straight east from there. We’re almost there now, and if all goes to plan, this won’t take too long.

We’ll incapacitate the guards, go outside, and take down any Light Continent troops if there are any outside the wall. We won’t open the gates, we’ll fly over the wall instead.

Oh, and we’re also going to destroy the bridge outside. That should keep the east border secure against any invasions for a while.

"Hm...since we want to wrap this up as quickly as possible, how about Prysm and I keep the guards occupied while you and Izzy fly over the wall and take care of the bridge and any enemies?" Suggested Argent objectively.

"Hey, nice thinking. Yeah, that works for me...but are you sure you two can handle the guards on your own?" I inquired in response.

"I can sense a total of eight people near the wall, I think we can handle that many without a problem. There won’t be any Knight Captains there, so we should be just fine," Remarked Argent assuredly.

"Yeah, you can count on us, you two have way more destructive power than we do, so you can get the bridge destroyed in no time, we probably won’t need to keep the guards occupied for long," Nodded Prysm in agreement 𝐟𝕣𝗲𝕖𝕨𝗲𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝗲𝚕.𝗰𝚘𝐦

"What about beyond the wall, do you sense any people outside of it?" I asked Argent.

"No, I don’t...a whole lot of Monsters though, but I think they’re all underwater, so they shouldn’t be a problem. It’s a tall cliff beyond the wall and ahead of the river, so you can probably ignore them. The bridge is about fifty meters above the water too," He informed me.

"Alright, then all we need to do is wreck the bridge. It’ll take a bit of time though, the bridge is pretty damn long. Destroying a small part of it won’t be enough...most Light Continent troops are likely able to fly using Wind Magic, so we’ll need to destroy the entire bridge," I surmised with a grimace.

"Wait, isn’t it, like, several kilometers long?" Pointed out Prysm skeptically.

"We just need to destroys the pillars supporting the bridge, and let it collapse in on itself. Crossing the entire distance that the bridge covers using only Wind Magic would use up a lot of Mana and stamina, you don’t want to attempt an invasion with a weakened army. So we need to take out the bridge," I stated, adding as we got closer to the wall, "Alright, they’ll spot us pretty soon, so we should hurry. Good luck, you two...Izzy, ready to go?"

"Oh, yeah, it’s about time!" She grinned with an eager nod.

"You be careful too, the both of you...you may be highly powerful, but still, don’t let your guards down," Responded Argent with a wry smile.

"Yeah, let’s get this over and done," Added Prysm with a nod.

"Alright, then, let’s get started...Contract: Azazel - Partial Release!" I chanted, before my body began changing, wings and a tail growing out of me as I felt my power surge rapidly, streaks of blue markings appearing all across my skin.

Izzy and I then flew up and shot through the air rapidly, zipping towards the top of the wall.

"Hey, what’s that!?"

"So fast, how are they flying like that?"

"Is it the enemy!?"

"Look out, there’s two more up ahead, they’re attacking!"

Seems like we’ve been spotted...but we’ve already reached the wall, they can’t stop us.

"Woah, that really is a big bridge!" Remarked Izzy, as we flew over the wall.

"Yeah, it’s bigger than I thought it’d be. Hm...alright, I’ve got a plan. Let’s fly up a bit further, until we’re above around the middle of the bridge. From there, I’ll unleash a massive Black Hole Spell and destroy as much of it as I can. From there, we’ll split up, I’ll head towards the Dead Zone and you head back in this direction, we’ll wipe out the rest of the bridge. I can’t create a black hole large enough to destroy the entire bridge...and even if I could, we wouldn’t be able to withstand the force, it’d pull us in and kill us," I pointed out wryly.

"Okay, that sounds good...but shouldn’t I go east after we destroy the middle of the bridge? You said the Dead Zone is dangerous, and I’m more powerful than you are," She responded with a gleam in her eyes, as we began flying off along the bridge.

"Well, it’s not like I’ll actually be entering the Dead Zone, I’ll head right back once I’m done destroying the east half of the bridge. And that aside, if I let you go that way, you’ll probably look for something to fight in the Dead Zone," I replied with narrowed eyes.

"Ah, crap...you figured me out, huh?" She grinned sheepishly, before adding, "By the way...how will we know when we’re at the halfway mark?"

"The bridge is twenty kilometers long. We’ve covered just over six kilometers so far."

"You can really tell?" She responded in surprise.

"Yeah, I’m good at gauging distance. So, we’ll stop around the ten kilometer mark and-...," I began.

"Actually, why don’t we go to about the fourteen or fifteen kilometer mark? I mean, you have to go all the way to the end and then fly all the way back to the start. So, I’ll have to a while for you to meet back up with me after we split up. It’ll be less of a wait if I have more distance to cover," She pointed out.

Hm, I guess she has a point there.

"Alright, then, I’ll unleash my Black Hole Spell around the fifteen kilometer mark and we’ll split up from there," I replied with a nod...
