Elena thought about various ideas regarding the curse but did not finalise anything. She first wanted to see the person in question with her own eyes before making that decision.

Elena could just used her broken abilities to find everything about the first prince without even seeing him. But that would be very boring. So she wanted to see and judged this person with her own eyes.

Elena had prepared a few super harsh and a few not so harsh curses in her mind. And she would make her choice among them after meeting this man.

As she was thinking all this, the preparation in the background was completed. The assasins had sucessfully captured Venessa and had taken her to the void between this world and a legendary grade world located nearby.

It turned out that these assasins had a base in the void. And that base was exactly where Venessa was taken too. Azusa was also asked to come to this base.

From the assasins, the ladies came to know quite a bit about this base and they found it to be quite interesting. This base was build not too long ago and it was actually not an illegal construction.

It officially was under the control of a noble family of the Otrefiona Empire called the Basak and a large trading company called the Temna Tradings.

From what Azusa had heard before, these two organisations should have been bitter enemies. But today, she came to know that, actually the enmity between these two orginisations was just a lie created by the first prince. In truth, both of these places were under his influence and control.

So, with the combined effort of the two decently poweful orginisations, the security of this void base was very good. There were even very powerful puppets defending this base and those puppets were actually above level 5000 in terms of strength, which made them very rare and quite valuable.

Azusa told Elena that the Basak family had a secret art of puppet making that they had been using for generations. So these level 5000 plus puppets were most probably some of the best works of the master puppet makers of this family.

But no matter how good these puppets were, they were not strong enough to deal with Azusa. So this base must have something else planned with how bravely they had invited Azusa to come here.

And after secretly searching the base, Elena soon found out what they were planning.

There was a teleportation magic circle located in the centre of this base. So Elena was sure that as soon as Azusa arrived here, someone powerful would be summoned here through the teleportation magic circle.

As Elena hid herself near the base, she started to think about who would be coming to fight against Azusa. The first Prince surely would not take the stage himself and it would be some kind of helper. But how strong was this helper of his going to be ?

As Elena thought about these things and waited, finally Azusa started to get near the base. Actually she could have reached this place much sooner but Azusa was kind and she had given people here enough time to make all the preprations that they needed to do.

Just as Elena had expected, as soon as the people in the base detected her presence, they immediately activated the teleportation magic circle. It was already in a semi activated state, so this process did not even take a whole second.

Elena was quite interested to see if the person coming out of the teleportation circle would be strong enough to kill Azusa or not. And as soon as the person in question appeared, Elena became pleasantly surprised.

This kind of things were the reason why Elena did not always use her broken skills to be all knowing. That would be way too boring and she would never be able to enjoy pleasant surprises like she did just now.

Then person who had appeared was dressed in a bizzare way. Looking at him, the only term that would come to anyone’s mind would be "Clown". His face was coloured like one and the multi coloured suit that he was wearing, that also looked like the get up of a clown.

But he was strong. Very strong. If someone took him lightly because of his bizzare getup, then that would be a fatal mistake. This person was dangerous. Dangerous enough to even have a chance to kill Azusa.

Obviously that would actually never happen as Elena was there to help Azusa in times of danger. But before her life was in danger, Elena or any of the other ladies were not going to help Azusa out.

As Azusa arrived before the base, it’s doors opened and a man dressed as a clown came out of it. But even though this man was dressed comically, seeing him, a chill ran down Azusa’s spine. So obviously she was did not put her guard done at all.

Currently the clown was putting his hands on Venessa who was currently unable to move at all. Seeing her, even though Azusa was sure that Venessa would definitely be fine with with the protection of the other ladies, she still felt bad for her.

This concern showed on Azusa’s face which made the clown man to laugh. After laughing for a little bit, he finally introduced himself -

"It’s my pleasure to have an opportunity to meet you, first princess of the Otrefiona Empire, miss Azusa Madeusa Otrefiona. I am a humble being who likes to spread joy all over the universe. You can call me Mr. Clown."

This person was someone who was a mystery to Azusa. He was definitely not one of the level 8000 plus powerhouses of the Otrefiona Empire. That much Azusa was very sure about. And she had also never heard of his name among the level 8000 plus beings who were famous throughout the whole universe.

So what kind of powers he had was a mystery. For that reason, Azusa became even more cautious as she demanded -

"Give my guest back and there is still a chance of peaceful resolution. Or I will make sure to destroy not only you but whatever organisation that is behind you too."

Even though she was being cautious, there was no way Azusa was going to show weakness in a situation like this. If this person was actually an outsider just as she was speculating, then it was important to not back down even a single step before him for the honour of the Otrefiona Empire.

Hearing what Azusa said, the clown man laughed again. Then in an amused tone of voice, he said -

"Hehe, I see that the first princess is quite confident in her strength. So let’s see if this confidence is fraudulent or not. Pleasure do not let me down and try to survive this first move of mine."

Saying so, the clown made his first move and this was also the start of the battle. So would Azusa be able to defeat him ?
