Story starts off very,  very slow. It's mostly between the MC. Their relationship is mostly the overbearing husband and his emotional, mental and physical abuse (demanding s**) of his wife. I don't believe the ML has low EQ he's just an @ss. A lot of mistakes,  misunderstandings due to poor or lack of communication. <br /><br />No over the top family drama, but chapter after chapter of husband/wife quarreling is mind-numbing.  <br /><br />Trans are good.
