Some people wanted to enter the dao universe ahead of time, but Skycloud’s voice rang through the area. “Everyone... Skyward has not fully started its revitalization yet. Not all of us are here yet. It may not be a good idea to brashly venture inside.”

What did he mean by that?

One exalted emperor hiding in the shadows asked, “Exalted Skycloud Emperor, are you stopping us from entering the dao universe?”

“Not at all!” said Skycloud. “New Martial is tyrannical. I’m worried that they’ll suddenly appear after everyone is inside and destroy our worlds one by one. That will start a cascade of extinctions throughout the chaos!

“If the Human King and Ash Emperor do not attend this occasion, we still need to take down New Martial first!”

This wasn’t capitalizing on the opportunity, but spoken out of true worry. Skycloud only had two seventh ranks in residence. He was very worried that if they all went inside, what were their worlds supposed to do for defense if New Martial suddenly came shooting over from Blazing Sun Region?

Were his two seventh ranks supposed to stand against New Martial? It would be fine if the opponents were anyone else, but those of New Martial were like locusts!

Skycloud was truly uneasy and deeply afraid that he’d follow in Red Moon’s footsteps. That was what happened last time, so with New Martial absent at the moment... he was thinking that this would be the perfect chance to eliminate New Martial with!

Everyone was worried about this!

“Folks, it’s not the first time that New Martial has eradicated a major world,” Skycloud continued. “All of the major worlds that fell in Red Moon Region were the result of their doing! The four regions were at peace before. Today, we cannot jeopardize our own worlds for the sake of Skyward.

“There is only one victor when it comes to Skyward. Who can guarantee that it will be them? In that case...”

Various seventh ranks manifested in front of the public eye. Some inclined their heads. They were indeed all worried about this.

Skycloud was well enough with two seventh ranks protecting it. Some worlds only had one seventh rank. If that seventh rank entered the dao universe... then New Martial could run right over it!

And so, the collective sank into deep thought. Should they join hands to eliminate New Martial first?

The Dragon master arrived as they pondered. He scanned the distance—Skyward did seem to be coming back to life. The disturbance did not seem contrived. It was just... a bit too much of a coincidence.

The Light master appeared at a small distance away from the others. He narrowed his eyes at the group and didn’t say a word. He wouldn’t be heading inside if these people didn’t!

Just as Skycloud was highly concerned that New Martial would come after his world, Light was similarly worried for his home. All of the eighth ranks would have to go inside!

Ripples emanated through the void after a while, depositing another person on the spot. Several powerhouses with mysterious presences stood behind him. Everyone blinked at the sight—the Blazing Sun master!

This guy was tremendously bold to show his face here! Wasn’t he afraid of his world being eradicated by New Martial in his absence? Granted, he could return at anytime if no conflict broke out here and there was no one to restrain him.

“Blazing Sun, where is New Martial?” Skycloud asked hastily. The look in Blazing Sun’s eyes was cold as he swept it around the assembly. He’d been asking these guys for aid all along, but they were busy fighting Light.

And what of their campaign?

Nothing!

They were here today, together, and Light was standing over there, just fine and dandy!

Assholes!

Blazing Sun tamped down the irritation in his heart. “I don’t know,” he rumbled. “New Martial comes and goes like a ghost. I don’t dare leave my region without the Dragon master tracking them, so how can I keep tabs on where they are?

“It will be hard to eliminate New Martial without the Dragon master’s help!” He turned more politely to the chaos beast. “We do not dare leave our worlds, only the Dragon master can travel with yours.

“We’ll be able to lock onto them if you can feed us their location. That is the only way we can fully erase them!”

“Peace throughout the four regions is what this seat wishes to see as well,” the Dragon master said solemnly. “I would not involve myself if New Martial coexisted peacefully with you guys. The three regions are human territory, after all.

“But they have annihilated so many major worlds in such a short period of time and disturbed the order of the four regions... they must be eliminated!”

Nods abounded through the group. No one said anything else.

We wouldn’t agree to your interference in normal times either. There is no place for chaos beasts in the lands of humans!

But now, only the Dragon master could constantly track New Martial. None of the eighth ranks dare set out in pursuit, for fear that their worlds might be toppled behind their back. Meanwhile, any seventh ranks that tracked New Martial was just serving themselves up on a silver platter.

This was why they’d had such difficulty in locating New Martial!

Many looked behind Blazing Sun, some wanted to ask a few more questions. A figure flashed in front of them before they had a chance to and darted into Skyward!

The next moment, a cat swallowing the power of a world manifested. Its dao of core origin materialized and a star hovered into view. The world split apart in the blink of an eye!

Sword dragging on the ground, the Human King quickly set foot into the Skyward dao universe. The Ash Emperor was close on his heels. The man turned around and waved merrily to everyone. “Bye bye now! This universe belongs to Master Fang!”

The dao universe immediately shut again. The Human King and Ash Emperor disappeared in front of them!

“......” The group jerked with collective astonishment, then looked at the eighth ranks. They frowned with gravity, but quickly smoothed out their foreheads again.

Skycloud and Blazing Sun both heaved a sigh of relief. They even... smiled at each other.

Glances were exchanged throughout the crowd and an understanding developed. They would target the Human King first after entering! General ease reigned after Fang Ping went inside. The Ash Emperor, Human King, and New Martial’s main world were all inside the Skyward dao universe now.

“I see no sign of the New Martial supreme and Sword Sovereign,” transmitted the Dragon master. “Are they inside the world or somewhere in another region?”

“They must have gone in together.” Skycloud felt that this question didn’t need to be asked. “The Human King is no fool and knows that we’ll work together against them. If it’s only him and the Ash Emperor in there, they’re dead without a doubt. They have to be traveling with a few seventh ranks to have a hope of defending against us...”

Of course they were all inside New Martial’s main world! Otherwise, all that the Ash Emperor and Human King would amount to was just one eighth rank. There was more than one eighth rank that wanted to kill the Human King at the moment.

It made sense to the Dragon master upon further thought, but they needed to exercise more caution. As for the supreme and the rest being outside... it didn’t seem to have much to do with him. It wasn’t like they could head to Dragon Region!

But for his own Dragon major world...

“Then I’ll bring my world inside to prevent him from using the strength of a world inside the dao universe. I will showcase the advantages of home territory!”

Although dao universes would conflict with each other, a world entering a dao universe would not give rise to too much commotion. New Martial would be hard to deal with since they had their world with them.

The key was, Dragon had numerous seventh ranks with them as well! No one was expecting this, and this was the Dragon master’s greatest source of confidence!

Everyone felt that he only had three draconic seventh ranks, but he actually possessed seven! They would be able to kill an eighth rank in a critical moment!

All of these guys would lose home ground advantage once inside the dao universe. Four seventh rank chaos beasts would have no problem against an eighth rank not at their peak.

As for whether or not the New Martial supreme and others had entered... that had nothing to do with him. They would not be able to do anything against Dragon major world. There were eleven other chaos beast worlds in Dragon Region. Even if the supreme had not gone inside, he would not be able to execute any plans in Dragon Region.

No one said anything else. The Blazing Sun master ignored everyone and summoned his Skyward dao star. He opened a passageway to the Skyward dao universe and plunged inside. Three powerhouses followed him.

The Dragon master raised an eyebrow when he swept a glance over them. These weren’t exalted emperors from Blazing Sun!

They were outsiders and two of them were seventh ranks. But the last... was probably an eighth rank as well!

No wonder Blazing Sun is so at ease. Apart from him, there are four more seventh ranks on duty in his world. There might be more foreign exalted emperors as well. Of course he’s not worried.

As for New Martial, they still have four seventh ranks of the Sword Sovereign, Supreme Zhang, Earth Dweller King, and Sun God. But without the Ash Emperor, they lack home ground advantage. They won’t be mobile enough, so there’s almost no hope for them to attack Blazing Sun.

Red Moon couldn’t help but joke, “Everyone, there’s no need to be so alert! Anyone with a dao star can freely enter and leave a revitalizing dao universe. The question now is, there seems to be a limited number of them. Can anyone lend me one?”

These guys were so vigilant that they were starting to become paranoid!

Although he was the greatest example of what the consequences might be when one’s guard was relaxed, it wasn’t like they wouldn’t be able to leave after entering. Anyone with a dao star could freely come and go.

If it wasn’t for his lack of a dao star, he would’ve entered before this. He had no reservations on his mind! Hence, he was becoming slightly irritated. If it wasn’t for Li Hao giving the dao star to Skycloud, Red Moon could absolutely call the shots here!

“Better safe than sorry!” chuckled the Dragon master. “My only concern would be that we will be unable to exit the dao universe later on. Wouldn’t that be dangerous then? So it’s better for everyone to exercise more caution...”

He wasn’t fully comfortable with how quickly the reawakening had taken place. The Dragon master also prepared contingencies for not coming at all. Even if he and the seventh ranks were unable to break through the dao universe, He would still be the strongest inside!

“Since the two from New Martial have already gone in, we can wait no longer,” said the Dragon master. “Then... shall I go ahead as well?”

He created a crack in the air with a large dao star in hand. Instead of having the three seventh ranks lift the world again, he transformed into a massive dragon and swallowed the gigantic world. This shocked the crowd watching!

This was what was meant by a chaos beast! The rest of the group would explode if they took in their world, to say nothing of swallowing it!
