Wu Yue froze. ’What the hell?’ she thought. ’She’d told the tribe about mushrooms so they would have another food source.’

But from the looks of it, had the members of the Snow Tiger Tribe started using mushrooms as poison?

Yuan Lang, who was standing beside her, raised an eyebrow. "I’ll go with you."

Wu Yue nodded. ’After all, she had no idea what kind of monster was causing all this trouble.’

A Half beastman Warrior shook his head. "The great rainy season came early, so the witch is out gathering herbs."

Wu Yue glanced at the Half beastman Warrior on the ground. "Carry him into the cave. There are herbs inside."

’This Half-beastman Warrior is already in pretty bad shape,’ she thought. ’He’ll probably need witch power to be healed.’

The two Half beastman Warriors on guard naturally knew who Wu Yue was, so they immediately lifted the poisoned Half beastman and carried him into the cave.

Wu Yue followed them inside. The poisoned Half-beastman’s Amu tried to follow as well, but Yuan Lang stopped her outside the entrance. "This is the witch’s cave."

His words were enough to make the female abandon the thought of entering. Her legs gave out, and she collapsed onto the ground.

Several other females stood behind her, all glaring furiously at Ye Duo, who was still shouting defiantly.

Wu Yue knelt beside the poisoned Half-beastman and ordered without turning around, "Get a bucket of water and a wooden bucket."

But as soon as the words left her mouth, the items she had requested were placed beside her.

One of the Half-beastman Warriors behind her scratched his head. "I saw you treating that other female yesterday, and it seemed like you needed these, so I prepared them in advance."

Wu Yue gave him an appreciative look. "Excellent."

With that, she turned back, and a mist of witch power swirled around her hands as she pressed them onto the unconscious Half-beastman’s chest.

A green light flickered, carrying a crisp, refreshing scent. Specks of the witch power’s halo radiated outward, and a few of them drifted onto the two Half-beastman Warriors behind her.

The two men instantly felt the fatigue vanish from their bodies. Their minds cleared, and they felt incredibly energized.

They knew exactly what had caused this change, and their gazes toward Wu Yue filled with awe and reverence.

This new witch in the tribe had awakened a witch power with a nature completely different from that of their own witch.

Their hearts pounded with excitement. ’The Snow Tiger Tribe is going to become powerful!’

Wu Yue’s awakened witch power was a healing type, and under its influence, the Half-beastman quickly regained consciousness.

Seeing his pained expression, Wu Yue said, "You ate poisonous mushrooms. You need to drink a lot of water to throw them up."

After finding some detoxifying herbs in the witch’s cave and brewing some witch medicine for the Half-beastman to drink, Wu Yue finally got up and walked out.

The noisy scene outside the cave had fallen silent, because the Clan Leader had returned.

The Snow Tiger Tribe Leader’s expression was grim. Mushrooms were an edible food source that could even be preserved for a long time if prepared properly.

But after two poisoning incidents caused by that troublemaker, Ye Duo, it would be incredibly difficult to promote them as a food source.
