Huang Shengjun watched Han Wu and showed no concern when the Light Aspect appeared. When Han Wu launched the light spheres at him, he simply deflected them with a sweep of black blade aura.

Cold sweat formed on Han Wu's forehead. Why did the Nine-Eyed Evil God Seal not seal my Light Aspect?

“Wondering why your Light Aspect wasn't sealed? I'll tell you. The Nine-Eyed Evil God Seal works under my direction. Your Light Aspect clearly poses no threat to my life, so I would never waste a precious seal on a useless aspect,” Huang Shengjun explained.

Huang Shengjun was relentless. At the same time, Han Wu was analyzing the sealing conditions. Did it trigger when an ability appeared before Huang Shengjun? Or when the eyes on the ceiling detected it?

He tested his theory by switching to his Dark Aspect and activated Eternal Night. Darkness swallowed the surroundings. Logically, under that cover, Han Wu was completely out of Huang Shengjun's sight and beyond the ceiling eyes' range. In the next instant, however, the darkness dissolved on its own. His Dark Aspect had been sealed.

“I'm genuinely curious how many Divine Aspects you have. As far as I know, you already have War, Dark, Death, Destruction, Light, Life, Creation, and Harmony. To think you would possess eight Divine Aspects. How did you achieve that?” Huang Shengjun said as he advanced step by step.

Han Wu switched to the Death Aspect. Dense Death Energy radiated from him, boosting his strength dramatically. In the next second, the Death Aspect was sealed as well. Any power that posed a real threat to Huang Shengjun's life was immediately sealed.

The Nine-Eyed Evil God Seal was infuriating, Han Wu thought.

Huang Shengjun attacked. He couldn’t summon units either, but the Nine-Eyed Evil God enhanced his strength. He was now a World life form, and his black blade’s strikes were all lethal.

Han Wu had no choice but to bring out more counters. He activated Replicate and copied the Origin of Mutation's World form. Unfortunately, before he could act, Replicate was sealed too. He then activated the Destruction Aspect. As a suffocating wave of destruction started to radiate from him, it was also sealed.

Under Huang Shengjun's relentless sealing, Han Wu turned to his Demon King Transformation and Conversion Jurisdiction, only to have them sealed immediately, one after the other.

By now, the Nine-Eyed Evil God Seal had neutralized eight of Han Wu's trump cards. He fixed his gaze on the last open eye on the ceiling. Huang Shengjun was likely waiting to seal his Duel Jurisdiction. However, it resided with his true body, which had yet to return.

Stripped of his strongest abilities, Han Wu could only fight Huang Shengjun by relying on powerful skills and the few Divine Aspects that had not been sealed. With the Life, Light, and Creation Aspects working in tandem, he could hold out for a while.

Back in Han Wu’s divine realm, the Origin of Mutation retrieved the concentrated spinal fluid and attempted to return, only to find that the divine realm gate wouldn’t open. It immediately realized that something had happened to Han Wu. Using the permissions Han Wu had granted, it teleported to Imperial College to find Qin Shuang.

She had joined the Wisdom Faction but hadn’t entered the divine war due to her closed-door cultivation. Upon receiving the Origin of Mutation's message, she teleported to the battlefield and reported the situation to Wisdom God King Xu Hai.

Xu Hai acted at once. He used his authority to search for Han Wu. Unfortunately, the Nine-Eyed Evil God’s barrier was extremely well concealed, and even a God King couldn’t locate Han Wu through normal senses.

Xu Hai could only teleport the Origin of Mutation to the last place Han Wu had been seen.

While searching on foot, they quickly found the barrier. The problem was that a barrier constructed with the Nine-Eyed Evil God's power couldn’t be broken quickly, even by several World life forms working together. The only option was for Xu Hai to use his Mind Eye to analyze the barrier's composition and find a way to break it from the outside, which would take time.

Inside the barrier, Huang Shengjun sensed the large number of powerful beings gathering outside to rescue Han Wu, but he wasn’t worried. His sole target was Han Wu. If he could kill him, he was prepared to be beaten to death by the World life forms outside once the barrier shattered.

“Han Wu, I just need you to die!” Huang Shengjun shouted as he launched repeated attacks.

Han Wu relied on his Divine Aspects to recover, but without the energy of his Microcosms to replenish him, he faced a limit. In a desperate gamble, he activated Avatar Creation, split himself into twelve avatars based on his remaining abilities, and had them attack Huang Shengjun simultaneously.

Sensing the threat, Huang Shengjun immediately used the final seal to target Avatar Creation.

This time, the sealing didn’t proceed as smoothly as the previous eight attempts. Huang Shengjun felt strong resistance, as if something was actively blocking him from sealing Avatar Creation. Even so, he ignored it and poured in more strength. That ability had to be sealed at all costs. Under the Nine-Eyed Evil God's forceful sealing, Avatar Creation was torn from Han Wu's body.

At the exact moment, a gate split open behind Han Wu. His true body stepped through, looking just as confused as Huang Shengjun. After all, he had been making his way back when a powerful force suddenly seized and pulled him directly into the barrier.

After their memories synchronized, Han Wu understood what had happened.

Huang Shengjun was still confused. He couldn’t understand how anyone could enter the barrier through a gate. More importantly, why was it Han Wu? If the one who had just arrived was Han Wu, then who had he been fighting?

In the next instant, the two Han Wus merged into one. His aura didn’t diminish in the slightest. Instead, it surged like a hurricane and a tidal wave, violent and overwhelming.

Han Wu regained his World strength even without his Divine Ring, Divine Aspects, abilities, or skills. He was no longer an avatar carrying a portion of his power. He was whole again.

Han Wu stared at the now motionless Huang Shengjun and asked, “Huang Shengjun, have you decided how you'd like to die?”

A boundless fighting spirit erupted from him as he activated Duel and Undying. Incredible power surged through every part of his body, and he crossed the distance to Huang Shengjun in a single step.

Huang Shengjun panicked and tried to seal Han Wu's ability one more time. Unfortunately, the Nine-Eyed Evil God Seal was already full.

Meanwhile, Han Wu's fist closed in on his face.
