Finally managed to finish it, took me about 2 years. Mainly because of how bad it was written. The only good thing about it was the comments at the end but that didn't last long. Honestly everything was way too forced. Calling it an 'unreliable protagonist' would be an understatement. Plot Armour, changing the protagonist opinions mid chapter and just forgetting his so called 'friends' and 'family' are just some of the reasons. I have no clue what was going through the author when they were making this but I do know that whoever they are ruined a somewhat good idea for a novel.
