Chapter 66: Huge News

"The round is over. Felix received 30 merit allocation. The rest are disqualified."

Instructor Albert’s announcement reverberated to every outer disciples’ ears.

They were in absolute shocked, finding it difficult to believe that Felix successfully disqualified Wayne and others with a superior composure performance rating.

Not only they were frozen outside, but their mind as well.

Krisha swept her gaze at them and was completely satisfied by their reactions.

She smirked at them, causing some to notice her mockery—they were taken aback.

She thought. It’s within expectations. Why are they adamant in denying Felix’s strength?

Krisha was quite disappointed at them. She believed that if they only looked at different angle—if it was possible for a Top 20 outer disciples to take out five outer disciples by himself even if they consists past Top 30—they would have known that defeating Felix was by no means easy.

Though, she was surprised that Felix received a 30 merit allocation. She thought Felix might struggle for a bit.

Nevertheless, the only possible scenario where Felix would be completely defeated was for him to face against inner disciples.

Now, where is that guy? Just what happened inside that made his opponent screamed in such level of agony?

She frowned as she waited for Felix to finally leave the mists.

When she finally spotted him, she was relieved that Felix seemed to be at ease and was leisurely chatting with Instructor Albert.

Instructor Albert himself seemed to be chatting with Felix without a stern expression, seemingly having a joyful conversation.

As soon as Felix saw Krisha amidst the crowd, his eyes lit up. He beamed a smile at her, to which Krisha reciprocated back.

Felix bid farewell to Instructor Albert and met with Krisha.

Krisha asked, "Why did you make him scream in such level of agony? I couldn’t even dare to imagine."

Felix chuckled. "I just struck at which the pain echoed the most. Don’t worry, it wasn’t as heavy as you thought, though it was just painful.

Also, I wouldn’t have done that if it wasn’t because he was threatening me."

Felix didn’t even bother lowering his voice, causing the outer disciples, who purposely closed in to know what occurred, were enraged.

The way Felix even said it infuriated them more.

However, even if Wayne couldn’t hold Felix down, they weren’t in the position to take revenge for them.

Felix was monstrously strong, they had to admit that.

Felix, who observed their reaction through his peripheral vision, was amused. He thought he could provoke someone to the point they might ask for a round with him, but he failed.

Krisha noticed what he was planning and couldn’t help but roll her eyes.

"Look at you, still asking for another round."

Hearing what Krisha had said, the outer disciples were even more enraged. However, they could only gulp their exasperations, understanding that Felix’s provocation could heavily injure them—perhaps, forced them to scream as loud as Wayne.

Felix and Krisha didn’t bother hiding their gazes to sweep at them and when they both glanced at each other, they chuckled.

Felix asked, "How are you feeling now?"

Krisha stretched her limbs and assessed the pain from the muscle soreness.

"I’m fine now. Still, I want to take a rest."

Felix furrowed his eyebrows. For some reason, he perceived there might be something deeper than the simple rest.

Krisha noticed his gaze and rolled her eyes again. "You’re overthinking things. I simply just feel like taking a rest."

Felix nodded. "Alright. I’ll still battle for another round." His tone went mysterious.

The outer disciples heard what he said and their ears perked up.

They glanced at each other and realized...

No one was powerful enough to take down Felix at the moment. Only Wayne was the highest in the ranking, but even he failed to defeat Felix...

Not even just by lowering his performance rating.

However, some were still interested in fighting Felix, eager to know the reason how he defeated Wayne and others, who they thought at first to cause an overwhelming win against Felix.

Hence, as Felix participated in the last round, some of the outer disciples gathered enough courage to fight against him.

This time, there were no teaming up—what occurred on the last round was a genuine ramble, to which Felix won with additional special merit allocation.

After the last round, Instructor Albert officially ended the ramble for today, leaving for the outer disciples to spread another huge news not only inside the Azure Cleave Dojo but also outside...

...

The outer disciples formed a multi-media group, responsible for the news inside and outside of the Azure Cleave Dojo.

Among them was Ben, who was a news writer and a layout artist. Currently, he was writing an editorial page for this week that mainly discussed about Felix Hill’s appearance.

He gathered information from Isaac and from other few instructors about their opinion, their interactions, and the events’ surrounding Felix.

He was currently writing in his laptop provided by the Azure Cleave Dojo temporarily in the cafeteria when he suddenly heard from the other outer disciples a very intriguing news.

Without hesitation, he folded the laptop and went straight sat in their table.

The outer disciples were taken aback by his presence, but they immediately recognized his identity.

"Oh, it’s Ben. Eager to know another interesting information, huh?"

Ben beamed a smile at them. "Of course, I do. I can’t be ignorant about what’s happening inside the dojo."

They nodded at him. The outer disciple, who shared the news of what occurred earlier, didn’t hesitate to continue.

"Apparently, that bastard surprised us again. Who would have thought he’d defeat Wayne, Earl, Jesse, Roy, and Paul in an overwhelming victory? He got a superior composure rating in the end?"

Ben’s eyes widened.

He uttered in surprise. "It hasn’t even been a week since he arrived here."

The outer disciples in the same table nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, that guy is growing so fast. He might have some secrets." He grinned devilishly.

Ben glared at him and said in an upset tone, "Obviously, he has. But, I don’t think we should harm him for that."

The outer disciple who shared the news nodded and immediately said, "I agree with him. I haven’t even shared to you yet that Wayne screamed so loudly in the end that it made my hair stood on ends."

The outer disciples’ eyes widened.

Ben grinned. "See? If you’re thinking that way, then Wayne, too.

What Felix had done was to send us a message."
