My Soul card is a Reaper-Chapter 941: The Emergence of Azazel (Part-6)
Standing amidst the chaos, Orion looked up at the two titans above—one wrapped in celestial gold, the other in unholy flame. His fists tightened. His eyes gleamed with a silent decision.
Selene stepped forward, her silver hair whipping in the wind as she grabbed his shoulder. "Orion, don’t even think about it," she said firmly. "You’re strong, yes, but there are more than one demigod out there. And those beings are far beyond Rank-9. You can’t win against them. Not even you."
Luna stood beside her, nodding quickly. "She’s right. Just leave it to them. They’re controlling the situation. That golden figure—it’s suppressing the demon."
Orion’s gaze stayed fixed on the sky, "Controlling?" he muttered, his tone low and steady. "By the time they finish this demon, this entire city will be gone. Half a million people will be buried under rubble."
He turned toward Selene, his eyes fierce yet calm. "Selene, I’m leaving Kate in your care."
Before anyone could protest, he vanished into a streak of light that ripped through the air as he soared toward the battle.
Selene and Luna exchanged glances, both seeing the worry mirrored in the other’s eyes.
Kate clenched her fists and spoke softly, "Don’t worry about me. You should go after him."
Selene turned her head, her expression unreadable. "No. We can’t leave you alone."
Kate frowned. "But—"
"Luna will stay with you and protect you," Selene interrupted, her voice calm but firm. "Elise and I will go after Orion."
Luna blinked in hesitation. "Sis, I..."
Selene gave her a sharp look. "We’re not done either. Once this is over, we’ll talk."
Luna flinched slightly, then nodded without a word.
Selene’s gaze softened just a fraction as she looked at Elise. "Let’s go."
Without waiting for a reply, both women leapt into the air, their auras flaring as they rushed in Orion’s direction, leaving behind Luna and Kate, with an awkward silence lingering between them.
A moment later, Kate spoke to Luna, "I’m sorry... for earlier. I didn’t know you two were together." 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮
While Kate’s voice seemed quite sincere, Luna responded with a question. "Are you interested in my boyfriend?"
Kate blinked, taken aback. "I really didn’t know you were a couple," she repeated, as if she was defending herself.
Luna took a step closer, her tone sharp but calm as she said. "I asked if you’re interested in my boyfriend."
Kate’s gaze faltered for a moment. After a pause, she looked away and gave a nod, "You can say so. I mean, he is handsome, strong, and a gentleman. Who wouldn’t like him? But now that I know that he is yours, don’t worry—I won’t come between you. Moreover, it’s not like we were close anyway. We barely even know each other. I am not that desperate to go and steal someone’s boyfriend... So, from my side, you have nothing to worry about. But from his side, I don’t know. I mean... even after I teased him a lot, he didn’t act like he was in a relationship with someone else."
Luna narrowed her eyes slightly, with a frown on her face. "Did you just imply that...."

Meanwhile, above the building of the Four Seasons hotel, Azazel and the golden giant created from Alexander’s throne were tearing everything apart with collisions of their fist. The waves generated by their clashes were destroying things around, accidentally killing innocent civilians, and yet, neither of them looked like they cared.
Azazel roared, shaking skyscrapers with his powerful voice. "YOU CANNOT MATCH MY REBIRTH, CELESTIAL PRETENDER!"
He swung his arm.
The demonic giant around him mimicked the motion. Its burning fist smashed into Alexander’s divine armor. The impact exploded into a shockwave once again, sending even Arcana Masters in a 300-meter radius tumbling through the streets.
Alexander calmly stayed seated on his throne as he replied. "We exchanged more than ten blows. I didn’t see you destroy a single strand of my hair. What are you so arrogant about?"
Following his reply, the thirty-two divine arms of the divine avatar stretched outward with each gripping a weapon forged from pure celestial light. Swords, spears, hammers, bows—every strike they unleashed cracked the demonic avatar’s armor, chipping away a bit every time.
"You...." Azazel’s metallic black wings then spread wide as he was pushed backward. He inhaled sharply and unleashed a torrent of hellfire, so intense that it scorched buildings in the surroundings into nothing.
The divine avatar managed to block it but had developed a massive cracks all over its body for a moment, before natural energy gushed into it and repaired the cracks, making it look as good as new.
Meanwhile, the demons summoned by Azazel dove into the streets, tearing into buildings and chasing civilians.
Screams echoed everywhere.
Arcana Masters from every guild launched themselves into battle, not spectating or just escorting the civilians anymore.
On the western street;
The Supreme Being Ren Tianyu flew through the rubble with his hand crackling with sparks of gold lightning. One casual swing sent a crescent of pure soul energy tearing through the sky, erasing a dozen winged demons in a single sweep as they tried to stop him.
Below him, the Emperor Qilin surged forward with its translucent wings, burning in golden flames as it swooshed through the sky, burning and destroying the demons in its path with a mere touch from its wings.
"Faster!" Ren Tianyu shouted, raising his fist as a rank-8 demon was coming at him, from far away in another direction.
As the Arcana spirit increased his speed, Ren Tianyu punched to the side without looking. The punch generated torrents of golden electricity, striking the demon from more than a hundred meters away and electrocuting it into death.
Wherever Ren Tianyu and the Emperor Qilin passed through, the demons were cleared in one swoosh. The Arcana Masters and the civilians couldn’t help but cheer for his name as he passed them.
However, his eyes were firmly locked on Azazel, who was still far away. "I must reach him before both of them destroy everything—"
But suddenly.
Something appeared in front of him like teleportation.
First, it was thick black smoke, which then twisted together, forming a humanoid shape with two massive black wings unfurled. It has four curling ram-like horns. And Ren Tianyu was forced to halt, to pay attention to the demon, which was more or less seemed to be at the same level as Azazel.
Amon descended with a grin. Staring at the supreme being who had a deep frown, the demon spoke. "You have a pleasant scent, human. I must say, apart from that troublesome being, you are the only threat we could face here, as our strength was greatly restricted by the world laws, and we aren’t in avatars either. So,
Ren Tianyu coldly replied. "Why are you doing this? Who summoned you? And what sacrifice that human made that an entire legion came here to massacre innocents?"
"You are wrong, human." Amon floated closer, crossing his hands behind. "We are summoned by my brother, Azazel. I’m merely here to celebrate his reincarnation. Atleast a million souls would be a nice feast for us. And you are in the way of our celebrations."
Without warning, Amon snapped his fingers all of a sudden as soon as he spoke that dialogue.
A wave of demonic pressure slammed down on Ren Tianyu like a mountain, trying to press him to the ground.
Right then, the celestial grade spirit let out a low growl, and in an instant, the pressure of demigod was removed from Ren Tianyu
Amon’s grin was wiped off, "Damn you..."
