Queen Mommy's Six Genius Babies Found the CEO Daddy-Chapter 111: The Savior
Sophia was at LT Media.
Leon’s rise was even faster than she had imagined. From his magazine debut to his masked performance on The Hidden Singer, his appearance had stunned the entire industry.
Though a newcomer, the opportunities landing on his desk were what others could only dream of.
"Sophia, what should I do next?" Leon asked earnestly. There wasn’t even a hint of arrogance in his tone—he was still the same hardworking boy who trained every single day.
Sophia glanced over the stack of contracts in her hand. "You’re just starting out. Shooting straight to the top is tempting, but the real challenge is staying there."
She pushed aside the pile of scripts on her desk and slid one toward him instead.
"This one’s yours. It’s a supporting male role—not the lead, but important. Don’t aim too high, too soon. If you can fully grasp the psychology of this character, trust me... you’ll be the next rising star."
Sophia turned toward the door. "Jodi, come in."
A tall woman with a sleek high ponytail and subtle makeup walked in.
Leon immediately stood up, stunned.
Jodi was one of the most respected top-tier talent agents in the industry. Every actor she had managed had become a phenomenon. Sharp, confident, and perceptive—she also happened to be Howard’s long-time friend and closest confidante.
And Sophia... had brought her here for him.
Sophia didn’t linger. She left Leon and Jodi some space to get acquainted and quietly made her way downstairs.
Just as she was about to open her car door, a familiar silhouette appeared across the street.
For a second, Sophia froze.
"Mom..."
The woman’s graceful figure looked exactly like Aurora’s.
"Mom!"
Without thinking, Sophia dashed across the street.
The woman turned around—
A completely unfamiliar face.
Sophia’s footsteps faltered.
That wasn’t her mother.
"Skreee—"
A sudden screech of tires.
She looked up—just in time to see a small car lose control and barrel toward her.
"Sophia!"
At the very last second—
Two strong hands shoved her out of the way.
BANG!
The crash echoed through the street.
Sophia scrambled up from the pavement—only to see Andrew lying there, covered in blood, completely unconscious.
"Dad!"
...
Hospital
Sophia stood outside the emergency room, her clothes stained with blood, pacing anxiously back and forth.
The sharp click of high heels echoed through the corridor. Susan stormed toward her, fury blazing in her eyes.
"Sophia! Hurting my daughter wasn’t enough for you—you had to go after your own father too? What the hell is wrong with you?!"
Sophia frowned, refusing to answer.
"Let her go."
Lucas’s deep voice cut through the air as he rushed forward, pulling Sophia into his arms.
"You—!" Susan choked, anger rising in her throat, but the words died when she saw Lucas’s cold stare.
"Sophia, are you okay?" he asked softly, scanning her from head to toe. When his gaze landed on the scratch on her arm, his jaw tightened.
"Come on. Let’s get that treated."
"No... not yet. He’s still in there."
Sophia’s eyes were locked on the glowing red light above the operating room door, her palms slick with sweat.
"You can treat your hand first—we’ll come back," Lucas said gently, trying to guide her away.
"No." Her voice trembled, eyes glistening.
She was shaking—terrified.
She hated Andrew for so long. But now... she was terrified of losing him.
She had never imagined that in the moment her life was in danger, he would be the one to save her.
She could be ruthless, yes—but she had never wanted them dead. She only wanted them to atone, to face what they had done to her mother.
Lucas cupped her cheek, his tone soft but firm. "Hey. Don’t be scared. He’s going to be okay."
It was impossible to tell how much time had passed before the red light above the operating room finally went out.
The door opened, and the doctor walked out, removing his mask. "It’s fortunate the patient was brought in so quickly. He’s out of immediate danger. However, there was significant head trauma—we’ll have to wait until he regains consciousness to know if there are any lasting complications."
"Thank you, thank you so much!" Susan rushed forward, anxiously peering through the doorway as Andrew was wheeled out. His face was pale—so pale it looked lifeless.
She turned sharply, glaring at Sophia with eyes full of hatred. "He’s your father! And you still had the heart to hurt him like this? I was wrong about you! From now on, no matter what revenge you want, come at me! I’m not afraid of you!"
Sophia stood rigidly at the side, her back straight but her throat tight—she couldn’t even get a word in.
"Susan," Lucas’s voice was low but firm, "he hasn’t even woken up yet. Whatever you have to say, save it for later. And this wasn’t Sophia’s fault. If you insist on blaming her for everything that happens—"
"What? Are you really taking her side?" Susan snapped, her voice trembling with fury. "Lucas, have you lost your mind? He’s my husband! Andrew saved her! And this is how she repays him? By trying to destroy the entire Morgan Group?"
Sophia’s strength drained all at once. Her knees almost gave way, but Lucas caught her before she hit the floor.
"Sophia? Hey—Sophia!"
Without another word, he scooped her into his arms and carried her down the hall.
Her arm was badly scraped, the skin turning raw and red-purple.
"Don’t let the wound touch water," the doctor said calmly as he cleaned it. "It should heal in a few days. Nothing serious."
Lucas nodded, then asked quietly, "The man in surgery earlier—how’s his condition?"
"He’s stable for now," the doctor replied. "He made it through the critical period, but with head trauma, there’s always a chance of aftereffects. We’ll know more once he wakes up. If there are any complications, call me immediately."
"Thank you."
Lucas guided Sophia out of the room. She slumped onto a bench in the hallway, her body trembling.
"Sophia," he said softly, crouching in front of her, "don’t worry. I’ll get the best doctors for him."
Her eyes were distant, unfocused. "How... how could it be him?" she whispered. "It doesn’t make sense... it shouldn’t have been him..."
Her voice faded to a fragile murmur, as if she were trying to convince herself that the man who had saved her life—wasn’t the same father who had once destroyed it.
