The person in charge turned to the voice director and said, "Come on, it’s just an antagonist role. If Mr. Grant thinks she’s a good fit, then let her have it. The spotlight in this show is still on the main characters, isn’t it?"

The voice director gritted his teeth, his expression sour. But he was just the voice director for this project. Whether it could even continue depended on the sponsor’s mood.

If he pissed off Walker Grant and the man just canceled the project, he’d have nowhere to turn.

He looked at his assistant and said, "Go prepare another contract."

The assistant replied, "Oh, okay."

When Chloe Reed and Sunny Reed came out, the person in charge went up to congratulate them.

Sunny Reed looked astonished and pointed to herself. "You’re giving the role of Lady Willow to me? But... I don’t think I’m a good fit for it."

Walker Grant, however, said, "I think you’re a great fit. Didn’t you say you wanted to start working? This is a perfect opportunity to get some practice."

Sunny Reed smiled, but she subconsciously glanced at Chloe Reed beside her and still shook her head. "Walker, you shouldn’t do this. My sister earned her voice acting opportunity through her own talent, but you’re just handing this role to me. It’s not fair to her."

Walker Grant’s narrow, phoenix-like eyes turned to Chloe Reed. "What do you think?"

But Chloe Reed didn’t spare him a glance, simply turning and walking away.

’As long as they don’t take away the lead role’s voice work, it’s fine.’

Sunny Reed’s eyes flickered as she continued, "Walker, just forget it. My sister already has a misunderstanding about us. If you do this, it will only become impossible to explain."

But Walker Grant ignored her, his gaze fixed on Chloe Reed’s retreating back.

’She has no objection to this.’

’Does she not care anymore?’

Walker Grant ground his teeth, turned, and left abruptly.

After signing the contract, Chloe Reed and the voice director exchanged contact information.

The voice director’s name was Kyle Coleman. He gave her a complicated look and asked, "What’s your relationship with Mr. Grant and that Sunny Reed?"

Chloe Reed’s lips curved into a smirk. "They’re a pair of scumbags. Let’s not talk about them, it’s bad luck."

Kyle Coleman’s brow furrowed even deeper. "I don’t care what kind of friction you have between you, but work is work, and your personal life is your personal life. Don’t bring personal conflicts into the workplace and affect our progress."

Chloe Reed’s expression also grew serious. "Don’t worry, I won’t."

Kyle Coleman nodded. "I don’t care what your relationship is. Just don’t cause me any trouble."

He then had his assistant take Chloe Reed to her workstation.

Her current task was to first watch the entire series she would be dubbing, and then begin the voice work.

The schedule was tight, and the task was demanding.

The show was set to be released in three months, so all the dubbing and editing had to be completed within that timeframe.

Chloe Reed arrived at her workstation, turned on her computer, opened the email, and put on her headphones to start watching.

Sunny Reed was also led to a workstation. She looked around, then promptly took out her phone and ordered fruit tea.

Before long, the fruit teas were delivered. With a gentle smile, she said to everyone, "Hi, everyone. I’m the newcomer, Sunny Reed. I hope we’ll all get along well. This is just a little something from me, please come and pick whichever flavor you like."

The others all got up and gathered around, showering Sunny Reed with praise.

Sunny Reed maintained her gentle and poised smile. Her gaze fell upon Chloe Reed, and picking up a cup of fruit tea, she walked over to her.

"Sis."

She placed the fruit tea in front of Chloe Reed, calling her softly.
