"Well, this is some rotten luck...it just had to be you, didnβt it?"
"Hm? My, what do we have here...itβs been quite some time, Frielektra," I greeted her with a smile, before turning my gaze across at the other figure beside her, "Ah, and Terrastra is here as well...you look well, all things considered. Seems youβve recovered well from your battle against Jagger and Jevera."
"What a shame, I was hoping Iβd get to fight one of those two and get revenge...too bad," She replied with a sigh.
About five minutes had passed since I arrived at one of the cities in Arcadia, the Vampires and Lessers had swarmed in and were currently running rampant throughout the city.
However, their assault has not been nearly as effective as I would have hoped...the Demi-Human forces in the city are fending them off quite well, and I even spotted a handful of humans who were putting up a good fight.
Still, even if the Vampires and Lessers are wiped out, so long as I kill these two, this city is sure to fall. Now, then, how should I divide up my power...?
My train of thought was interrupted as a blazing pillar of Dragon Fire came barreling towards me with immense speed, before I swiftly veered across to my left, narrowly evading it before I turned my gaze down as a large, towering earth spike came shooting up towards me.
I quickly zipped across, the tip of the spike grazing my left leg and drawing out a trickle of blood, before my gaze darted across as the two Dragon Kings closed in on me from either side.
I swiftly raised my arms out and unleashed pressurized bursts of blood from my palms, knocking them back before flying up as fast as I could as several angled earth spikes came shooting up and converged in on me from multiple directions.
My body stiffened in pain as the spikes pierced through my right leg, before I quickly extended out my claws and swung them across at my knee as a violently swirling blue fireball came roaring towards me, the air around it shimmering intensely.
I swerved away to my left as fast as I could, the fireball engulfing my right arm and grazing my right side, the flames starting to spread rapidly.
I quickly slashed off my right arm and sliced the right side of my torso off before the flames could spread to the rest of my body, blood pouring out and raining down before I began to regenerate.
I then flew away as fast as I could as Terrastra came charging towards me with large blocks of earth wrapped around her fists, before the blocks shattered into dozens of shards and shot towards me with immense speed.
I zigzagged through the air as my right side regenerated rapidly, the earth shards grazing me as I managed to avoid any direct hits, before turning my gaze up as Frielektra came swooping down towards me, unleashing a barrage of Dragon Fire blasts at me.
As the volley of flames came raining down towards me and closed in, I watched them closely before weaving through the air to evade them, a few of the blasts grazing me, before I swiftly gouged off the spots that were set ablaze before the flames could spread.
I then quickly turned my gaze back as a massive hammer of earth came barreling towards me with immense force, too fast for me to evade.
I crossed my arms in front of myself defensively and wrapped a mass of blood around my forearm, right as the hammer slammed onto my arms with a loud crunch, shattering the bones in my arms and deeply cracking my ribcage before I found myself hurtling back through the air, my body spinning around uncontrollably before I slammed onto the side of a building.
Deep cracks spread out across the structure as the spot Iβd crashed onto collapsed in and I fell into the building, the windows shattering as I regenerated my bones and got back onto my feet, dusting myself off as I flew back out of the building.
"Youβre as creepy as I remember, I see...all that, and you didnβt stop smiling for even a second, thereβs something seriously wrong with you," Remarked Frielektra, as she unleashed a devastating blast of flames at me.
I swiftly flew up, narrowly evading it before it slammed onto the building Iβd crashed onto. A barrage of earth needles then came shooting towards me as Frielektra reabsorbed the flames before they could spread too far.
Alright, itβs time I take this seriously...
"Now, Blood Clones," I chanted with a smirk as I evaded the earth needles, a large mass of blood bursting out of my hands and splitting into twelve blobs, which rapidly took shape and formed clones of me.
"Damn it...," Muttered Frielektra with a grimace, as Terrastra backed away warily.
Hm, how many do I need to deal with them? I shouldnβt take them too lightly...even if I do have the advantage, thatβs no reason to get careless. Okay, Iβve decided.
"Iβll keep five of them with me to help kill the two of you, and as for the rest...Iβll have them scatter and run wild throughout the rest of the city," I declared, before seven of my clones swiftly flew off, while firing off volleys of blood arrows to keep the Dragon Kings from chasing after them, as I took out the Magic Item.
"Send backup to Mist City, immediately! The Elder Vampire Caera is here, the one with the clones!" Exclaimed Frielektra urgently, holding a phone up to her ear, right as I formed the moonlight barrier as the seven clones Iβd sent off flew out of its range, the dome enveloping the surrounding area and bathing it in a pleasant, dim glow, my power surging immensely...
