Heavenly Dragon Doctor Son-in-Law-Chapter 32 - 33: Did I say you could go?
Qin Long shot the woman an ice-cold glare before turning to Principal Zou. "Principal, now the truth is out."
"He dares to stab a classmate with a fork at such a young age. This is intolerable!"
Principal Zou frowned and stroked his chin. He then said with an air of self-righteousness, "He was wrong to stab your sister. But your sister shouldn’t have bitten him, either!"
On the surface, the principal’s words seemed reasonable, and the teachers behind him nodded in agreement. Children should go to a teacher to resolve fights, not take matters into their own hands. The statement sounded fair, but Qin Long saw it as a deliberate attempt to favor Young Master Wang. After all, the principal’s fawning demeanor was like that of a dog begging for scraps.
Seeing their brazen and indifferent attitude, tears began to stream from Xuexue’s big, watery eyes. She clutched the corner of Qin Long’s shirt, her head bowed, too scared to speak up.
If this matter isn’t handled properly, it could cause lasting damage to her young heart.
"Auntie, take Xuexue outside and wait for me."
"Leave everything here to me."
Qin Long gave Tang Yuehua a comforting look.
"Okay, we’ll wait for you outside."
Tang Yuehua glanced at Qin Long, then left with Xuexue in her arms.
"Brother, I don’t want to kneel and say I was wrong," Xuexue said tearfully, reluctantly letting go of his clothes.
"Of course not. Wait for me outside, and I’ll buy you a burger later," Qin Long said with a warm, reassuring smile.
After they left, Qin Long leaned on his crutch and locked the door from the inside.
A cold, fierce light suddenly erupted in his eyes.
"Principal Zou, could you come closer and repeat what you just said?"
Leaning on his crutch, Qin Long approached Principal Zou and put his ear close.
"Young Master Wang’s son may have stabbed Xuexue, but that doesn’t mean she can bite people like some rabid dog. Who would dare accept a student like that?" Principal Zou said with utter contempt as he lit a cigarette.
Qin Long listened and smiled faintly.
But in the next second, his fist flew out.
CRACK!
A single punch landed squarely on Principal Zou’s face. His glasses shattered instantly, and a massive black eye began to form. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎
Principal Zou’s body crashed into the desk behind him, and he howled in pain, clutching his eye.
A dead silence fell over the room.
The young couple and the female teachers stood agape, petrified on the spot.
They were completely frozen.
Clutching his eye, Principal Zou stood there, utterly stupefied.
Then, his eyes bloodshot with rage, he charged forward.
"You son of a bitch! You dare to fucking hit me!" Principal Zou roared, grabbing a broom and rushing at him.
BANG!
Qin Long’s eyes were glacial as he threw another punch. This time, the principal was sent flying, crashing into a bookshelf.
A spray of blood erupted from his mouth.
"I was wrong to hit you," Qin Long said, a cold, mocking smile on his lips. "But you were wrong to fight back!"
An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
Hearing this, everyone lowered their heads in silence.
These were, after all, the principal’s own words. They just never expected those words to be turned back on him.
Principal Zou clutched his eye, standing foolishly in place, while the teachers’ eyes went wide.
The young couple from the Wang family was also utterly horrified. They wanted to argue but were at a loss for words.
They had initially thought Qin Long sent his family away out of masculine pride, wanting to avoid the humiliation of apologizing in front of them. It was an understandable, if difficult, position. But now they realized the truth: he didn’t want his family to witness such a bloody scene.
"How dare you hit the principal! You won’t get away with this!" Mrs. Wang ground her teeth in anger. To her, this wasn’t just an assault on the principal—it was a direct slap in the face to the Wang family.
"I hit him because he’s a worthless bootlicker. Don’t be impatient; your turn is coming," Qin Long said. "Isn’t this your own logic? If you’re weak, you deserve to be beaten."
He coldly swept his gaze over them.
"Young Master Wang, you have to get revenge for me!" Principal Zou cried, clutching his face. "Those two punches were no joke!" He now understood that Qin Long was a dangerous man. He had been beaten up entirely because he had shown favor to the Wang family’s child, so he desperately needed Young Master Wang to back him up.
"Truly, birds of a feather flock together," Young Master Wang said, crossing his arms with a disdainful sneer. "No wonder his sister bites people."
He was also unnerved by Qin Long’s ferocity, but this wasn’t an era where might makes right.
"Young Master Wang, is it? My little sister accidentally bit your son," Qin Long said. "She was indeed in the wrong, and I apologize to you on her behalf."
His sudden change in attitude stunned everyone. The man who had been so ruthless just a moment ago was now apologizing with such sincerity.
Young Master Wang sneered inwardly and took a drag from his cigarette. Did this kid find out I’m from the Wang family and get scared?
"Cut the crap!" Young Master Wang’s tone was icy. "You think a simple apology is the end of it after she bit someone?"
It seemed he had no intention of letting them off the hook.
"Then what do you propose?" Qin Long asked, taking a cigarette from a pack on the table and lighting it.
"What now? Obviously, you pay," Young Master Wang snorted.
He didn’t care about the money, but his anger still hadn’t subsided.
"How about this: compensation for my son’s rabies vaccine and his mental anguish... a total of 300,000!"
At this, the onlookers gasped. A single, tiny bite mark, and he was demanding 300,000 in compensation. Truly merciless.
The nearby principal and teachers watched Qin Long with disdain.
So he’s just a coward after all? Is this the same man who so violently beat up the principal moments ago? In front of Young Master Wang, isn’t he just groveling?
Seeing this, the principal’s face twisted with contempt.
"Alright," Qin Long said.
He opened the door and called out to Tang Yuehua, "Pass me that black bag by the door."
In a hidden compartment of his suitcase, Qin Long found 300,000 in cash. It was likely the spending money Yue’er had prepared for him.
Soon, the cash was placed in front of Young Master Wang.
Young Master Wang’s face darkened. He had assumed the cripple with a cane was some pauper, but the kid had just produced 300,000 in cash. Looks like I asked for too little.
Tang Yuehua was both shocked and helpless—shocked that Qin Long had 300,000, and helpless that they had to spend it all to resolve this matter. It was infuriating.
Xuexue just looked on, completely bewildered. It was clearly their fault, so why are we giving them so much money?
"Haha, since you’re so forthright, I won’t hold this against you," Young Master Wang sneered, glancing at the money in the bag. "After all, I’m a man of status."
"Consider yourselves sensible!"
Mrs. Wang grabbed her son’s hand and mocked, "Let’s go, precious. We’ll use this 300,000 to buy you an imported pedigree dog. This 300,000 isn’t worth a single hair on my darling’s head. If I didn’t pity you for being a cripple, this matter wouldn’t have been settled so easily."
They stood there haughtily, pointing fingers at Qin Long as if they had bestowed some great mercy upon him.
Xuexue’s eyes were red as she lowered her head.
The principal and teachers looked on with even greater contempt.
Just as Young Master Wang was about to leave with the money, Qin Long’s cold voice came from behind.
"Stop right there!"
Qin Long’s voice was frigid, followed by a cold laugh. "I’ve paid the compensation. I’ve admitted my sister’s fault. Now... isn’t it time we discuss my sister’s injury?"
As soon as Qin Long spoke, everyone present was shocked.
